📦 返品・返金ポリシー
■ 返品・返金が可能な場合
以下の場合に限り、返品・返金を承ります。
・商品に破損や初期不良がある場合
・ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合
■ 返品・返金ができない場合
・お客様都合による返品（イメージ違い・サイズ違いなど）
・海外配送による遅延
・ハンドメイド製品特有の個体差（色味・柄の違いなど）
当ストアの商品はハンドメイドバティックのため、個体差は不良品には該当しません。

商品到着後 2日以内 にご連絡ください。

・開封動画
・商品の状態が分かる写真

■ 返金対応について
返品商品の返送は不要です。
内容確認後、返金可否を判断いたします。
承認された場合、10営業日以内 に返金処理を行います。
（クレジットカード会社・銀行の処理により遅れる場合があります）

Our store ships products from Indonesia.
■ Eligible Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
■ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind (e.g. different from expectations)
- Incorrect size selection (please check product details carefully)
- Delays caused by international shipping
- Natural variations in handmade products (color, pattern, etc.)
All of our products are handmade Indonesian batik, so slight variations are not considered defects.

- Photos clearly showing the issue
